We handle all aspects of the manning process, from interviews, background checks, travel and visa arrangements.  Each candidate passes aptitude and English proficiency tests to assure good verbal and social skills. Our investigators perform thorough background checks in order to ensure safety of the workplace and limit liability.  Upon contract receipt, all of our candidates undergo medical and drug tests.

 

In addition, we are also able to offer Training Programs tailored to our clients specific needs in addition to our core training programs that include Maritime English and Basic Marine Survival Equipment & Techniques.
